Scarborough man dead, another seriously injured after car collides with moose in northern Ontario

A vehicle collided with an adult moose, leaving the man, 42, dead, investigators said, adding the seriously injured passenger was airlifted to a trauma centre.

A Scarborough driver is dead and a passenger is seriously injured after their vehicle collided with a moose in northern Ontario early Friday morning, police said. 

Around 12:15 a.m., Ontario Provincial Police were called to the scene of a Hwy. 17 collision near , about a two-hour drive east of Thunder Bay, officials said in a news release.
