From the perfect chocolate-chip cookie to chili chicken worth ordering weekly, these are the dishes that inspire acclaimed chef Lonie Murdock鈥檚 go-to food picks.
色色啦 is filled with talented chefs doing great things inspired by their home countries, says chef Lonie Murdock 鈥 鈥渁nd that鈥檚 exciting.鈥 Murdock鈥檚 own restaurant, Miss Likklemore鈥檚, is an ode to her family and friends. 鈥淭o be able to give people a unique experience representing my lineage and the roots of my collective Caribbean family is so special,鈥 she says. 鈥淭o have diners come in and say this is my first Caribbean dining experience, to born-and-grown West Indians stopping to thank the kitchen team at the end of their meal, fills me with unmatched pride.鈥
