Tonight’s 2025 Emmys kicked off awards season in style, with fashion heavyweights like Cate Blanchett — a first-time nominee for her role on “Disclaimer” — sharing the carpet with emerging style stars like Jenna Ortega, who stole the show in barely there Givenchy.
These are our picks for the best-dressed stars from the 2025 Emmys red carpet.

Cate Blanchett wore a backless Armani Privé jumpsuit with a plunging deep V neckline accentuated by panels of sheer crystal-encrusted fabric to her first-ever Emmy Awards. The two-time Oscar winner — who is up for Lead Actress in a Limited or Anthology Series or Movie for the Apple TV+ series “Disclaimer” — accessorized her look with Louis Vuitton jewelry. Blanchett has long been an ambassador for the famed Italian fashion house, which lost its namesake designer on Sept. 4 when Giorgio Armani died at 91.

The barely-there top, mimicking the look of over-the-top jewels dripping down her neck, was paired with a sleek black column skirt with a sky-high slit.
Scarlett Johansson

Charlotte Le Bon

Richard Shotwell Richard ShotwelCharlotte Le Bon stunned in a look from Courrèges: a body-hugging silver turtleneck dress and paired with what could only be called “naked boots,” that appear to be made of flesh-toned stockings. The French-Canadian actor and model starred in season three of the Emmy-nominated show “The White Lotus,” stealing every scene as Chloe, the new vacation friend (and fellow age-gap romancer) of Chelsea, played by Aimee Lou Wood.

(Sounds busy but somehow, it worked.) Domingo, who received a supporting actor nod for his work in “The Four Seasons,” wore jewels by Boucheron.
Sydney Sweeney

Chloë Sevigny

On anyone else, it would risk giving ‘80s prom; on Sevigny, it was sublime. “The halter and sleeves creating a bit of tension between the structure and fluidity, which I love,” she told Vogue. Sevigny accessorized the black gown with gold earrings and a pair of cross clips from Tiffany & Co.

Rothwell, nominated for supporting actress in a drama series for her turn as Belinda in “The White Lotus,” wore a voluminous gown with puff sleeves and a cheeky slit, accessorizing with a jaw-dropping emerald and diamond necklace.
