Man arrested after string of break-ins at Annex businesses this summer

A man was arrested Sunday after a string of break-and-enters across businesses in É«É«À²’s Annex area this summer.

É«É«À² police say the neighbourhood’s Business Improvement Area alerted them in August to several unreported break-ins.
